Official Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The Travel With Helm Refer-a-Friend Program (“Program”) rewards eligible participants (“Referrers”) with a
$25 Amazon.com Gift Card when they refer a new customer (“Referred Customer”) who books and
completes a qualifying travel package with Travel With Helm (“Company”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older.
  • Employees, contractors, and agents of Travel With Helm are not eligible.
  • Void where prohibited by law.

3. Qualifying Referral Requirements

  1. The Referred Customer must be a first-time Travel With Helm customer.
  2. The Referred Customer must (a) book a paid travel package directly through Travel With Helm, and (b) complete the travel itinerary.
  3. The Referrer must provide the Referred Customer’s name and contact information before the booking is made.

4. Reward Details

  • The reward is a $25 Amazon.com Gift Card, sent by email to the Referrer within 30 days after the Referred Customer completes travel.
  • No annual limit on rewards. One reward per qualifying Referred Customer.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or credit.

5. Exclusions & Disqualification

  • Self-referrals or referrals within the same household.
  • Canceled or refunded bookings.
  • Bookings made via third-party travel sites or channels not controlled by Travel With Helm.
  • Referrals that violate these Terms or appear fraudulent, misleading, or made without the Referred Customer’s consent.

6. Compliance & Legal Disclosures

  • FTC Endorsement Rules: Referrers agree to clearly disclose to Referred Customers that a reward may be received for the referral.
  • State Laws: This Program is not a sweepstakes or lottery and does not require state registration due to its fixed, de minimis reward. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

7. Privacy

By submitting a referral, the Referrer confirms they have the Referred Customer’s permission to share their contact information.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Travel With Helm Privacy Policy.

8. Taxes

The Referrer is solely responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the gift card. Travel With Helm will not issue tax forms unless required by law.

9. Program Changes & Termination

Travel With Helm may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Changes are effective upon posting the updated Terms & Conditions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina.

Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
